đď¸ You're stressed. Here's how to stop.
Discover the changes i'm making to stress less
AssalÄmu âalaykum đ
Welcome to the Freshly Grounded newsletter, where we brew ideas like we brew our coffeesâŚmeticulously.
Faisal here and as many of you might know, I'm always on the lookout for ways to reduce stress.
Recently, I listened to a podcast with a guy called Mo Gawdat and I've come across three simple tips from that which I'm giving a go, and I thought they might be useful for you too:
1. Perspective, Not Perception
Often, we view situations from our own narrow viewpoint.
What I've been trying to practice is seeing things from other people's perspectives, or at least trying to zoom out and look at situations more objectively, especially when i feel so passionate about them.
This approach can really defuse potential misunderstandings and make interactions smoother (and a lot less stressful!)
2. Reduce Nuisances
Nuisances are those little annoyances that arenât disastrous but do consume our attention unnecessarily.
Things like checking social media first thing in the morning or saying yes to every request that comes our way.
Iâm trying to cut out these small time-wasters to keep my day focused on what truly matters.
Think about what nuisances you can remove.
3. Remove Things, Literally Anything
This is about physical decluttering.
I heard about the idea of removing ten items from your home every Saturday, and I'm planning to start this weekend.
The concept is simple: by physically removing things you no longer need, you can make your space more manageable and less cluttered.
Itâs surprising how much mental relief can come from a tidier space.
I hope these tips help you as much as theyâre helping me. Give them a try and see if they make your days a little lighter.
Make Money Online by Starting Your Own Community
Online communities have become a game-changer.
More and more people are turning to platforms like Skool to build groups around shared interests.
Why Skool?
Skool has been around for a while but recently became the talk of the town when Hormozi invested in it or something.
Anyway, people are creating communities and making bank.
Some people go with the approach of charging $1 and hoping for thousands of members (btw sign up to the fg community for a dollar pls its like 80p cmon man helpabrotha out)
Others are charging $500 per month and aiming for 10-20 high quality group members.
Regardless, if you have a niche ur passionate about or are a leader in your field, i recommend getting set up (they have a 14 day free trial so u can see how u get on without committing )
Interested in Starting Your Own Community?

pointless fact of the day: Octopuses have three hearts. Two pump blood to the gills, while the third pumps it to the rest of the body. Interestingly, when an octopus swims, the heart that delivers blood to the body stops beating.
