A quick message on this blessed night

Assalāmu ‘alaykum ya’ll

Faisal here.

I know you’re gonna be busy on this 27th night so i’ll keep it short n sweet, in shā’ Allāh.

Some weeks ago, Sam and I went back to The Gambia to visit the orphans and children you have helped us support over the past 8 years.

We met a new batch of children this time, these kids were all nursery age (around 4 yrs old)

They were studying in the new nursery program where SPOT gives free education.

It was beautiful.

But sadly they didn’t have an actual nursery.

Instead using one classroom that was initially built for the older kids.

We decided we would want to fundraise with you guys to build these children a purpose-built nursery, which would include facilities for disabled children too.

We might not reach our target to build the whole nursery this year (~£40k), but anything we do raise will help towards it.
